Through "consumption-based aid"—purchasing local agricultural products such as walnuts and flour—the company has opened up sales channels for rural specialties. It has also invested funds to upgrade rural utility networks and public facilities, thereby boosting local industries and improving people's livelihoods. Concurrently, the company has strengthened its internal employee support systems by implementing heat protection measures for frontline staff, providing logistical support for shift workers, establishing talent development pathways, and safeguarding employees' rights and interests.
